While Horses and People, LLC (HAP Shows) has had a long history of providing first class horse shows over the last several years, it is time to move on.

Last year Lucy Franklin took over HAP, from partner to owner, and is looking forward to continuing some of those shows with a new way of doing things.

FRANKLINSHOWS is dedicated to the dream of creating a quality horse show experience that allows riders to compete at the highest levels and still leaving room for family and friends during the all important summer months.

Beginning with the Rose City Opener in May and finishing with the Mid~Season Hunter Jumper Show in August, we invite you to experience top tier competition, beautiful surroundings and great prizes. In 2011 the shows will be held at DEVONWOOD EQUESTRIAN CENTRE, Sherwood, OR. When you get a chance, please go to www.devonwoodec.com and check it out.

Our commitment to horses and to the people who love them is the foundation for everything we do.

We believe that what is learned through this sport goes beyond what happens in the ring. Lifelong lessons are learned about DEDICATION, HARD WORK, SPORTSMANSHIP, DETERMINATION AND GENEROSITY. It is because of this that we hope that those who join us for this year's shows will benefit both from time spent at the show, and time with their families.

We hope that you will choose to JOIN US. We need your continued help to make the dream of creating a new alternative for riders looking for the highest level of competition, and families looking for time together during the summer months continue to come true.
